First of all, I rarely post reviews/recommendations online. The experience I had with Png Watch Dealers were exceptionally different from other shops that I've went to till date. Take 3 mins to read up this short write up and I hope you'll understand why.

I was looking for a Rolex Datejust with a budget to commemerate a milestone. Adding on, it had always been my grail watch ever since young. I've done my due diligence prior to purchasing one. I made visits to numerous pre-owned watch shops and never felt comfortable with any of their offerings. It's either the salesperson was unfriendly, pushing their sales tactics or the pieces on display were slightly off here and there; if you get what I meant.

Keeve and his dad, Alfred, was not only professional but they had very good customer service engagement. They took steps ahead to made things clear prior to even discuss about the watch; no obligations about purchasing if I'm not comfortable and no hard selling. They were very welcoming, understanding and honest. Both father and son were full of knowledge about every timepiece their selling. I felt no pressure at all throughout our conversations. Fret not, you could always share with them your doubts or questions and they'll help you out.

After 4 hours in their shop, never did I felt that it took too long. I left with an authentic confident purchase and more in-depth knowledge on Rolex timepieces.

I highly recommend Png Watch Dealers, for they are my personal best watch dealers out here in Singapore. I'll always come back to them.
